• Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times are provided based on your location and the shipping method selected. While we strive to meet these estimates, actual delivery times may vary. 

• Freight Shipments: Some products may be shipped via freight, requiring delivery by a semi-truck trailer. Customers are responsible for having a method to off-load materials from the trailer at the delivery location. This may involve equipment such as a forklift or loading dock. If you anticipate challenges with off-loading, please contact us before placing your order to discuss alternative solutions. 

• Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery. Keep in mind that tracking details may take some time to become available after your order has been dispatched. 

• Shipping Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Any additional charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete information will be the customer’s responsibility. 

• International Shipping: Currently, we primarily ship within the United States and Canada. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team at info@evobp.com.
