MB-10A Butyl Tape is a high-performance elastomeric butyl rubber sealant engineered for metal building systems, HVAC, window glazing, and weatherproof sealing. Extruded on silicone-coated paper, MB-10A is easy to apply and conforms to uneven surfaces for long-lasting performance. It withstands extreme rooftop temperatures and building movement without degrading.

Installation Instructions
Surface Preparation: Ensure all contact surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, or debris.
Working Conditions: Best applied in dry weather at temperatures above 40ºF (4ºC).
Application Method: Apply directly from the roll onto the surface. Press the tape into place evenly while keeping it aligned using the silicone release liner.
Roofing Note: For metal roofing and siding, place MB-10A beneath fasteners to prevent wind-blown rain intrusion through screw holes.
